RETURN/REFUND POLICY:
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not offer refunds. Please review our policy below:
As our clothing is custom-made to your specific order, we are unable to offer refunds. Once your order is placed, it enters production, and we are unable to accept returns or offer a refund unless there is an issue with the quality of the product or an error on our part. Since our clothing is made to order, we are unable to accommodate changes or cancellations after the order is confirmed and production has begun. If you need to make adjustments to your order, please reach out as soon as possible before it enters production. We do not offer exchanges for custom-made items unless there is a defect or mistake on our part (e.g., wrong size, incorrect customization). If you believe there is an error with your order, please contact us within [10] days, and we will work to resolve the issue.
SHIPPING INFO:
We will let you know once your order is ready, we will pick up the item(s) at our distributor and hand deliver it to you at your athletes practices or event (whichever one comes first).
If you are a family or friend of the club or athlete, please add a note at checkout as to how you would like it delivered, free delivery in Airdrie and part of Calgary.

Please note: Customization requires an additional $10 fee charged by our supplier for one customization or $15 fee for two customizations. Since our website doesn’t currently support add-on charges, the additional fee will be requested separately via e-transfer after your order is placed.
