Assumption of Risk:

• I understand that participation in all sports activities involves inherent risks, including injury. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my child’s participation.

​Medical Authorization & Emergency Consent:

• I authorize Bounce Volleyball Club to seek medical treatment for my child in the event of injury or illness. The Club will attempt to contact me and/or the listed emergency contact(s). If they cannot be reached, I give full consent for licensed emergency services and medical personnel to provide any treatment necessary to maintain the health of my child, including ambulance transportation. I accept full financial responsibility for any medical or emergency services provided.

Lost or Stolen Property:

• I understand that Bounce Volleyball Club is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

 

Code of Conduct:

• I acknowledge that my child must follow all rules and demonstrate respectful behavior. The Club reserves the right to remove any participant without refund for unsafe or inappropriate conduct.

Photo & Media Release:

• I grant permission for Bounce Volleyball Club to photograph or record my child during participation. I understand these images may be used on the Club’s website, social media (including Instagram, Facebook and Tik Tok), and promotional materials. I waive any right to compensation or royalties related to such use.

Health & Insurance Confirmation:

• I confirm that my child is medically fit to participate, is covered by valid medical insurance and that I have disclosed all relevant medical conditions and emergency contact information.

Refund & Cancellation Policy:

• At least 4 weeks prior to the start of your camp date - 75% refund

• At least 3 weeks prior to the start of your camp date - 50% refund

• At least 2 weeks prior to the start of your camp date - 25% refund

• ​Within 2 weeks to the start of the camp - No refund

• Bounce VC reserves the right to limit enrollment and change instructors when appropriate. Bounce VC also reserves the right to combine or cancel camps due to insufficient enrollment or due to the unavailability of instructors. We cannot guarantee additional sessions when enrollment surpasses expectations, so please register early. In addition, Bounce VC reserves the right to cancel a camp two to three weeks before the start date due to insufficient registrations. In such cases, all fees for a cancelled camp/session will be fully refunded. Refunds will be granted in the case of an injury with physician documentation.
